Back in 2018, I was looking for ways on how my husband and I could plan something for our retirement. We both have full-time jobs, but no matter how close we watch our budget, our earnings just come and go through our bank account. Initially, I was looking for ways to save. As I looked on the internet, I came across the Insured Retirement Plan, but it was in the US. I've tried asking some people and found out that it was expensive, meaning I could not possibly have it, which made me sad. But this didn't stop me.

I can still remember one morning when my former co-worker picked me up to go to work. I asked her if she knew about IRP. She said, "Oh, do you like that? My brother-in-law is doing it." And that is how I met my mentor. It took me two meetings to finish the presentation, as I only had an hour available each time. On our second meeting, I registered as a student. Completing the certification, taking the provincial exam, and getting licensed was a long journey for me. With lots of prayers, determination, and hard work, I got licensed in February 2020, just before the pandemic struck.

Since then, it has been a continuous learning process for me. I am thankful that I can help people be wise in life while they're still young and get what they worked for in the future. Thank you, Marlon Antonio, for establishing Greatway. Greatway keeps opening more opportunities for advisors to be a channel of blessing to more people.
