I was in financial services for nine and a half years. I was looking for a company that offers its clients the best plans and strategies, an institution that prides itself with a great culture and generosity and treats its agents well with an excellent compensation package.

I first saw the whole IRP presentation and career opportunity at the weekly Business Presentation Meeting. It was so simple to understand, and I was sold.

My first twenty-one days in Greatway were quite eventful. I qualified for the Caribbean Cruise for two, passed my Certified Presenter and Field Trainer assessments, earned 5k and 10k, respectively, all in six weeks before 2021 ended.
