My name is Marian Miranda, Roy Jotic's wife and mother of three beautiful kids, Yana, Liam, and Layla. Born and raised in Bataan, Philippines, and a University of the Philippines Los Baños graduate. I've been a fast food manager and a school administrator.
In April 2007, I moved to Canada to work as a live-in caregiver for my cousin's son for two years. I trained as a Long-Term Care Aide and worked in a senior living facility. After a year, I returned to school to study Computerized Accounting/Bookkeeping. That was my ticket to work for a construction company in Calgary and eventually work from home for seven years.
In 2016, a friend of mine who also served as my advisor told me, "Get an insurance licence! You're smart! You've got this!” It took me about a year to do it because I can only study in the library from 6 to 9 p.m. I took the provincials and passed in December 2017. I received my licence in March 2018. But I was with another MGA at the time.
Because I wasn't doing well in business, I decided not to renew my license in 2020. I just don't like discussing death and how much the beneficiaries will receive. There's something missing.
My husband's friend who became my AGA, has been bugging him for a presentation since November 2019. “Let's hear it and see what it is!” I said to my husband.

I signed an official contract with Greatway Financial Inc. in January 2020. That was the start of a wonderful journey in which I was able to help people save money and change their lives.
During the 6th Annual Convention in Calgary, September 10-12, 2021, I received four awards: Rising Star, Managing Broker Promotion, $75,000 12 months rolling cash flow, and Senior Managing Broker Promotion.
I am grateful to God that I now work for a company that invests in people's happiness, is God-centered, family-oriented, and extremely generous.
I promised God, as well as Kuya Marlon and Ate Elsa Antonio, that I would be an instrument of God's perfect will for all people. I'm looking forward to many more years of happiness and hope to help even more people change their lives.
