I took a significant turn by joining Greatway Financial, leaving behind the exhaustive cycle of managing four jobs.
At first, even after passing my LLQP exams and getting licensed, I was somewhat coasting. But in 2022, a realization hit me hard. Seeing my colleagues reach new heights in their careers sparked a fire within me, prompting me to leave my steady 9-5 and embrace this path fully.
From then on, I've climbed the ranks quickly, being promoted to multiple levels and now, I'm actively working toward the first Sales Leadership level in Greatway.
