My journey began as a caregiver in Canada. Over the years, I've taken on various roles: babysitter, cake decorating instructor, cleaner, and daycare assistant. Eventually, I climbed the ladder and was assessed as a teacher, earning the license and certificate to return to teaching.
Fast forward to the present, and I was thrilled to land a job I had always wanted—teaching in a classroom again. However, teaching here is different. There are higher demands on what you know and what you need to do. I often had to bring home my work and spend time until the wee hours reading thick books. It felt like I was teaching university students with all the material I needed to cover. The pressure and fatigue began to wear on me, and it took four resignation attempts before they finally let me go.
Desperately seeking time flexibility for both myself and my family, I discovered Greatway. It has been the perfect fit for us!
